Do you ship across Europe?
Yes, we ship across Germany, the European Union, and selected international countries. All orders are shipped from Berlin. Shipping costs and available options are calculated at checkout based on your location. For more detailed information please click here.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
Germany: 1–4 working days
EU: 2–6 working days
International: up to 14 working days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Detailed information here.

Will I have to pay customs or additional fees?
Orders within the European Union are not subject to additional charges.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
