Do you ship across Europe?
Yes, we ship across Germany, the European Union, and selected international countries. All orders are shipped from Berlin. Shipping costs and available options are calculated at checkout based on your location. For more detailed information please click here.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
Germany: 1–4 working days
EU: 2–6 working days
International: up to 14 working days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Detailed information here.
For exchanges (e.g. size), simply contact us — we’ll guide you through the process.
Will I have to pay customs or additional fees?
Orders within the European Union are not subject to additional charges.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Why does my order come in a used box?
Because that box already exists. Every day, shops around us throw away perfectly good cardboard after a single trip, so we collect it and send it on a second one. Producing a new box takes water, energy and a tree that had better things to do — reusing one takes a strip of tape.
It also fits who we are. Anteater has been a DIY project for almost 20 years: we design, pack and ship everything ourselves, and we'd rather spend on the product than on a branded box you'll throw away in thirty seconds. So if your parcel arrives with someone else's logo on it, a bit of old tape or a scuffed corner, nothing went wrong. That's the box we chose.
What's inside is packed properly and checked before it leaves. If anything ever arrives damaged, write to us and we'll sort it out.
